I just want to compliment this organization for the customer service that was extended to me and my husband today. The sales rep. Larry Blash couldnt have put on a better presentation than he did. His knowledge and demeanor was top notch.
Although we weren't able to make a sale at this time, we just felt it was important for you all to know that he is a very competent and professional. He was not pushy and answered all our questions with kindness and patience. He's a keeper and if all your employees are like him, you're doing a good job with training.

We âupgradedâ our water system with Coastal Water Energy and Air on 7/5/23 with a Rain Soft water treatment system. It has been nothing but issues since day 1, and rather than admit the system is defective and replace it, we have been getting the runaround. We bought our house in 2006 and replaced the original system with a tankless water system from Crystal Clear. On a visit to Home Depot, we were approached by a representative from Coastal Water Energy and Air and were offered a free water test. During the water test we were convinced our water could be better and the sales pitch was pretty solid. After the installation we spent several months trying to get our water clear, which was never a problem with the old equipment. A hydrogen drip was installed. Then another drip for Res-up. Then there is an additional filter between the well and water system installed. All these additions are costly add-ons and if they worked, I wouldnât be writing this review. Every few months we have black water running from our faucets, toilets and showers. The toilet in the master bathroom got so stained that I replaced it on 5/21/25. My new toilet is stained once again after only 5 months. We also replaced the hot water heater because the water had destroyed the Anode Rod. I have been in contact with the owner Joel many times, most recently 9/2/25 when we had black water again. I sent him video of the dirty water in both the sinks and the toilet, and he responded âlet me review your records today. We need to do a critical analysis of why youâre having the issue.â I never heard from him again and the dirty water was clear again the next day. The following week on September 14th, I had dirty water again but still nothing from the company or Joel. I have pictures and videos from the past 2 years, date and time stamped, and it is obvious the problem is the system. It uses Res-up, it uses the peroxide, Iâve changed the filter. Last time I bought salt was April 2025 and it is still full today, 10/5/25. I even paid $777 for the company to service the equipment on 4/30/25 because we were getting dirty water. I have documentation from 10/10/23 that outlines all the issues that we had with the installation. I specifically noted I wanted the system replaced under the âlifetime warrantyâ that was offered. I have given Coastal Water Energy and Air so many opportunities to make this right but keep getting the âwe need to do a critical analysisâ which has resulted in absolutely nothing. Our pipes are now disgusting, our bathroom fixtures are a constant struggle to keep clean which is a loosing battle. We are washing our clothes in dirty water and how is that impacting our washing machine. I am so frustrated that I want them to come and take their equipment and I will contract a different company to install a new one. This was also something I mentioned back in October 2023. The company does have good ratings, so the majority of their customers are satisfied, but they need to recognize when their equipment is faulty and do what is right by the customer. I will be taking this issue up with Home Depot, the Better Business Bureau and Rain Soft.
